Poppy Caterers came into being way back in 2000 - the brainchild of our catering guru Simon Halmshaw who is an ex-Army officer and who spent 20 years in the Royal Logistic Corp and the Army Catering Corp, catering for ambassadors, dignitaries, members of the aristocracy and even Her Majesty the Queen.
